April 2025 Ultreya Updates

TRI-CITIES ULTREYA UPDATE

The April Ultreya was held at Our Savior Lutheran Church in Saginaw with 16 people in attendance. Our 4th Day speaker was Marijean Fitzgerald, who gave examples of how God's plans for her were so much better than handling them on her own. We all need to "Let Go & Let God!" Matthew 6:25 and John 14:1 were Bible references.

Our discussion questions were, "Recall a time in your life when the outcome resulted in something better than you ever expected" and "Was there a situation where you met someone who became a lifelong friend?"

The May Ultreya will be held at Midland Reformed Church on May 23rd, which is a week later due to the women's weekend. Our 4th Day speaker will be Kathy Rollwagen, the women's Head Server.

This was Kristin's last month of being one of the Ultreya Coordinators. Thank you, Kristin, for your great work! George Widiger will join Bonnie Randall as Ultreya Coordinator.

SOUTHEAST MI ULTREYA UPDATE The southeast Ultreya was held at 7PM on Friday April 11,2025. Grace Lutheran Church at 630 N. Monroe Street, Monroe MI 48162 was the hosting site. We had 21 participants, with one person attending Ultreya for the first time.

Our Brother in Christ, Ron Cevora was the Fourth Day Speaker. He shared how his weekend has reshaped his life. The question he posed to the breakout groups was "Have you ever experienced fear in the presence of Christ?" Our evening concluded with an altar visit and fellowship over a light meal.

Our next Ultreya will be Friday May 9, 2025, at Grace Lutheran Church in Monroe MI. The Fourth Day speaker is not yet confirmed.
