December 2025 Ultreya Updates

TRI-CITIES ULTREYA UPDATE

There were 20 people in attendance at the December Ultreya, held at Trinity Lutheran Church in Midland. Megan Marino was the 4th day speaker, sharing highlights of her Christmas memories from childhood to present time of singing in the choir. Marijean Fitzgerald assisted with favorite Christmas carols on the piano.

The group discussion was to share our most memorable Christmas moment or tradition and how we can be the light of Christ this Christmas and into the new year.

Please join us at January's Ultreya, held 1/16 at Our Savior Lutheran Church (2525 Hemmeter Rd, Saginaw 48603). Carol Schellhas will be the 4th day speaker. Christmas and New Year's blessings to all!

SOUTHEAST MI ULTREYA UPDATE The Southeast MI Ultreya was held Friday December 12, 2025 at Grace Lutheran Church in Monroe, MI.

We were blessed to have 20 adult attendees and two children in attendance. It was a special blessing to have Greg and Laura Shepherd from Vassar MI with us for the evening.

David McFadden was our Fourth Day speaker and he led us in considering how we encounter non-belivers and share the Gospel with them. A small-group discussion on this occurred following his talk.

We had an altar visit with prayers and petitions closing with the Doxology. A light meal of chili, subs, cornbreads, cheesy potatoes, cookies and cakes was served following the meeting.

The next Southeast MI Ultreya will be Friday January 9, 2026 at Grace Lutheran Church in Monroe MI. Griff Crammond is the scheduled Fourth Day speaker.
