TRI-CITIES ULTREYA UPDATE We had 89 people at our April 19th at Midland Evangelical Free Church. Our speaker was Jessica Gillespie, who gave a thought provoking talk "Who Am I?" The discussion questions were:
Who are you?
What do you think about most?
Do you think or act differently around Christian community or those of the world?
Who are you when it's just you having time with God?
The Bible reference of Galatians 1:10 states "Am I trying to win the approval of men or of God? Or am I trying to please men? If I were still trying to please men, I would not be a servant of Christ." Ultreyas and reunion groups help us with these questions.
Our next Ultreya will be combined with the Southeast MI Ultreya and will be held May 17th at Grace Lutheran in Monroe. Griff Crammond will be the 4th day speaker.
