Dear Church Via De Cristo Community,
We are grateful to Brian Pickelman (Vice President), Ryan Wood (Information Chair), and Mat Doyle (Facilities Chair) for fully completing their 3-year terms on the Secretariat.
As 1 Peter 4:10 reminds us, "Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God's grace in its various forms." These individuals have certainly achieved this accomplishment. God has blessed each of them with unique gifts and we are so thankful that they have chosen to utilize these gifts for His glory. Each has worked hard to optimize not only their individual role, but also to guide and be a voice for the Secretariat. I have no doubt that they have made a lasting impact that will continue to bear fruit.
We are also blessed to have a few other folks that begin new terms in March. Ryan Wood will be staying on the Secretariat but transitioning to the Vice President role, Pat Harder will remain in the Leaders Chair position where he just completed a partial term, Mike Periard will be returning to the Secretariat as the Information Chair, Jessica Gillespie will be filling a partial term and will be assuming the responsibilities of the Treasurer’s role, and Josh Burkhard will be filling the Facilities Chair.
Please pray for the Secretariat members as the training and transitions take place over the next few months. We are so thankful for such a supportive community that is passionate about our ministry of serving God and sharing His message of love, grace and hope.
