Ultreya was held July 21st at Resurrection Life Church in Midland, with 31 people in attendance. Our 4th day speaker was Michelle Burkhard and her talk was "A New Kind Of Love." God commands us in John 13:34-35 to love one another as He has loved us. Love shows others that we are Christians and to accept others as they are. In 1 Peter 3:15, we are told to show gentleness and respect for others as we learn about them and their beliefs. Each group had their own questions to answer as we navigate the world today. Make a friend, be a friend before bringing them to Christ.
Our next Ultreya is August 18th and will be at St. John Lutheran in Houghton Lake, 2888 W. Houghton Lake Drive, Houghton Lake. Let's show our friends up north our love. The 4th day speaker will be Betty Parsons.
