COT UPDATE
We have been sending our new cursillistas a satisfaction survey over the past two weekends and have found that sleeping comfort is something that could be improved. We purchased 10 cots for weekend 98 and had team members from both the men’s and women’s teams test them. We sent these members a survey to get feedback on the cots. The feedback showed us there is a need for wider cots. To address this concern, the Secretariat has found a cot that we believe will be more comfortable. We purchased 10 that will be tested by Weekend 99 team members. If the post-weekend feedback is positive, we will purchase more for future weekends. Thanks for your patience and great feedback, as we strive to improve sleeping accommodations for both team and candidates!
