WOMEN'S WEEKEND #99 NEWS
As we soak in the blessing of Men's Weekend #99 that was this past weekend, let's turn our hearts and prayers to Women's Weekend #99, which starts October 3rd.
Important Information About Setup And Food Dropoff
WEDNESDAY: NO setup or food donation dropoffs Wednesday nights for either weekend
THURSDAY SETUP:
11:00am-12:30pm: Set up Rollo Room, snack area, candidate bedrooms, Rector/a & Head Cha room, and Spiritual Director rooms. Use the church's east entrance door
4:00pm: Set up Main Kitchen, Dining Room, Mailroom, Chapel, and Team Bedrooms. Use any of the church entrance doors
THURSDAY FOOD DONATION DROPOFF:
Food donations should be delivered to Floyd Church of God (1015 W. Chippewa River Rd, Midland) on Thursday, 10/3 during two time periods as described below:
11:00am-12:30pm: use east entrance (nearest to 8 Mile Rd) and leave donations in the basement, under the sanctuary
After 4:00pm: leave food donations at the main kitchen; use any entrance
